I recently attended an online event where an actual house on terms deal was discussed. Here is my summary of that discussion.  The house House is in Las Vegas. Seller said that he would sell the house for 599,000. Comps are 640,000. Seller will do up to a 5 year rent to own, with 2,000 a month, and zero down.
